What we collect

When you register for a class or a class bundle, we collect the details you give us:

• Your name and email address.
• The name of the dancer (or dancers) attending, if that isn’t you.
• Which class or bundle you’re booking, and how many spots.

Payments

Card payments are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. Your full card number is entered on Stripe’s secure page — we never see it and never store it. We only receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the name and email attached to the order.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to run the classes: to hold your spot, to contact you about your booking, to take payment, and to keep the records we’re required to keep for bookkeeping and tax.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. We do rely on a few trusted service providers to run the site, and your information passes through them only so they can do that job:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — the registration forms used while we finish moving bookings onto this site.
• Vercel and Neon — hosting for the website and its database.
• Microsoft (Outlook) — our email.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for 6 years, to comply with Canadian tax record keeping. You can ask us to delete any information we’re not required to keep.

Dancers under 18

If the dancer attending is under 18, the booking should be made by a parent or guardian, who provides the dancer’s name on their behalf.

Cookies

The public site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. A single sign-in cookie is used only for the private admin area, which customers never see.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email us at jessicafelixdance@outlook.com and we’ll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
